The ReLink application was designed help you change the drive of a shortcut.

It is very useful if you have shortcuts on and USB drive pointing to the USB drive itself. Microsoft does not allow you to have relative paths and this is the easiest way to do it but still be able to use e.g. the shortcut icon and Start in.

All links that has a : as second chars in the target will be checked. I.e. if you
have a shortcut pointing to %temp% it wont be touched. If the comment is x the link is left alone. Otherwise it changes the Target and the Start in.
